With Canada’s longest federal campaign coming to an end, the race in Edmonton Centre is too close to call.  Presently, Conservative James Cumming holds a narrow lead (33%) over Liberal Randy Boissonnault (30%) – statistically tied, taking into account the poll’s margin of error.  Gil McGowan of the NDP is running third at 22%, while David Parker of the Greens sits at 4% and other candidates capture 2%.  Roughly one-in-ten (9%) voters in Edmonton Centre have yet to make up their minds about the vote on October 19th.

Federal Election Scan, where we select specific election contests for riding-level analysis.  The results are drawn from a random sample of 517 Edmonton Centre residents, via IVR telephone interviews conducted October 14th & 15th, 2015, and the results are considered accurate within +/- 4.3 percentage points, 19 times out of 20.
