Christina is a market research expert with over 30 years of experience in marketing insights, brand strategy, and advanced analytics. She specializes in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive informed business decisions.
Known for her consultative approach, Christina ensures clients can leverage research findings well beyond the initial analysis. Her leadership roles at major organizations like ENMAX, Shaw Communications, WestJet, and Critical Mass include managing brand tracking, customer satisfaction programs, and spearheading the Voice of the Customer program at Shaw. At WestJet, she founded the market research group and implemented innovative customer experience tracking systems.
As Managing Director of Curious, the research division of Critical Mass, Christina led projects for global clients, including Apple and AT&T. At ThinkHQ, she has overseen key projects such as the EPCOR Stormwater Integrated Resource Plan, which contributed to EPCOR’s recognition with the Canada Clean50 award in 2021.
Christina holds both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from the University of Waterloo, focusing on customer experience and quantitative research methods.
